RazCaps (“RazCaps”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a
forex market information and trading simulation application. RazCaps provides
real-time market data, charts, watchlists, account dashboards, and
simulated trading functionality. The app does not execute
live trades on any marketplace or through any broker, and it does
not process payments or deposits inside the app.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your
information when you use the RazCaps mobile application (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information:

- Simulated balance, equity, margin, and P&L values

- Approximate location inferred from IP address

1.5 Market Data
The App displays market prices and related information obtained from
third-party data providers such as iTick. We do not receive
any of your personal trading information from external brokers because
RazCaps does not execute live trades.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the App
Including account creation, login, simulated trading, charts, watchlists,
and history displays.
- To verify your identity
Using KYC documents, selfie verification, and bank information to help
prevent fraud and maintain account security.
- To provide customer support
Handling user queries, technical issues, and account-related requests.
- To improve the App
Analyzing usage and performance data to enhance user experience and
add new features.
- To maintain security and prevent abuse
Detecting suspicious activity, enforcing our Terms and Conditions,
and protecting the integrity of the platform.
- To comply with legal obligations
Where applicable, we may process data to satisfy laws, regulations, or
lawful requests from authorities.
3. What RazCaps Does Not Do
To avoid any confusion, we clarify that:
- RazCaps does not execute actual trades on any live market or exchange.
- RazCaps does not operate as a licensed broker, dealer, or financial intermediary.
- RazCaps does not process in-app deposits, UPI payments, or card payments.
- RazCaps does not process real-money withdrawals within the App.
- RazCaps does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Funds
The version of RazCaps distributed via official app stores is designed
primarily as a market information and trading simulation platform.
- The App does not support real-money deposits inside the app.
- The App does not process UPI, card, wallet, or bank payments within the app interface.
- Any queries related to funding or balances are handled manually
by our support team outside the App, if applicable.
- Any balance or equity displayed in the App may represent a
simulated or internal balance used for practice or analytics purposes.
If you contact our support team about account or balance-related matters,
your communication may be stored for support, security, and audit purposes.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (If Applicable)
Where required by applicable law, we process your personal data based on:
- Contractual necessity – to provide you with access to the App and its features.
